Does your stationery list your online address?
Being online shows you're using the latest technology to offer better customer service. Make sure your printed cards, invoices, packing lists, and letterhead include your online address, so customers know they have another way to reach you. If your online presence is a significant enhancement to your business, promote it through your stationery: order photo business cards with a shot of your home page on them, for example. Or consider printing your web site address in larger type, or adding a tag line that invites people to contact you online. Remember, cyberspace is invisible to people who aren't online unless you remind them about it.
