In addition to a duplexing printer, purchase a supply of 3-hole punched paper and a variety of 3-ring binders and report covers. Report covers with clear plastic front pages are great are publications of less than 100 pages. Larger 3-ring binders are ideal for longer publications.

These days, duplexing printers are not luxuries, but necessities.
